Boudoir Performance #1 - original watercolor by Gretchen Kelly

This was one of a few poses that I was able to capture during this live Boudoir performance set to music and poetry. There were many sets of poses but it was a little difficult to capture them all for assorted reasons. The main reason being that it was too crowded in the room to have a proper set up for painting. But I made due and the experience of attending this event was well worth it. I felt like I was in a past era of time when maybe Lautrec could have been sitting in the room painting the same scene. It was a real through back to the more whimsical times of salon gatherings in past centuries and I fit right in
